About the team & role
Our Customer Service Officer’s primary responsibility is supporting, problem-solving, and coordinating Customers and Tutors at Cluey Learning in a friendly and engaging way via email and phone.
Working within our operations team, a successful candidate will be able to manage and resolve customer and tutor issues that arise while using the Cluey learning platform.
This role would suit students or anyone looking for a flexible role that offers more work-life balance, you must have the ability to work from home and our Sydney office.
The ideal person for this role would be able to tick a lot of these boxes:
Call Centre Customer Care experience is a MUST
Proven experience in providing support both over the phone and via email
Strong experience in problem-solving and talking customers through fixes over the phone
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude with a love of education
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Salesforce experience an advantage
Have availability on weekends from 8 am till 6 pm or Monday to Friday from 4 pm till 9 pm
Have the ability to work from home
This is a Casual Role with up to 25 hours per week available
You will need a laptop for this role - We will provide all training and software
