Due to continued growth, we have multiple permanent opportunities for to join our Customer Service team. In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims, handling inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communication and time management skills whilst providing a high level of customer service.
With a changing world we now offer the right individuals the chance to work in a flexible environment, mixing home and work or pure work from home if an option. This role involves weekend work from time to time.
Proactive management of motor claims life cycle in an efficient, fair and timely manner.
Liaise with relevant parties to provide regular updates on the progress of the claims.
Apply knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, regulations and internal policy and procedures.
Identify and escalate opportunities for continuous improvement in processes within Claims.
Maintain and support relationships with customers including, internal and external providers.
Skills and Expertise
Strong customer service background – hospitality, retail, contact centre etc.
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; as well as exceptional customer service.
The capacity to efficiently manage your time and multitask.
Ability to take ownership of your work in a high-pressure environment.
Proven negotiations and relationship skills.
Motor vehicle claims experience
