We are a growing allied health company and require a talented, well-spoken and efficient Administration Co-Ordinator to help manage service co-ordination and service delivery to our clients and stakeholders. You will report to the Director and work between 9 am to 12 noon Monday to Friday. We can offer some flexibility with the times but do require availability on all 5 days.
You will initially commence for 15 hours per week but hours may increase over time. We are looking for a long term employee looking to enhance their skills while becoming a part of our family.
Managing accounts and billing for the company is a primary part of the role, along with general customer service duties. Candidates with experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, payable and experience in NDIS billing and XERO accounting software will be ideal.
Manage company phone and email communication (remote receptionist)
Check, reply (to emails) and organise multiple mailboxes
Manage incoming referrals and dispatch to the correct team of practitioners
Liaise with the company's key stakeholders to build and maintain business relationships
Daily Billing - NDIS, STRCP, Aged Care
Chase up overdue invoices
