A fabulous opportunity is on offer for an experienced Legal Word Processing Operator to work from home on an ongoing basis.
THE PERSON
This opportunity is for a bright and confident Word Processing Operator who is looking to work from home independently. Ideally we are seeking a candidate with experience in a broad range of practice groups and has previously worked as a legal WPO.
You will need around 70wpm typing speed, advanced MS Word and the ability to prepare lengthy documents, tracking and track changes along with your ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously as required.
There is also the opportunity to do some general admin overflow work to break up your day.
The ideal person would have the following skills and attributes:
ABN and a home office set up
Strong Legal WP or Legal Secretarial Experience a must
Advanced Word experience
Intermediate Excel experience
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, positive and professional attitude
Loads of initiative
Strong organisational abilities
Attention to detail
Self motivated and work autonomously
