My name is Bridee Clifton and I am the Director of Human Resources for a publicly listed global digital services organisation currently employing over 500 employees. My current role involves providing effective HR leadership that meets both strategic and operational needs of the business as well as leading a team of HR professionals. My background in Human Resources comes from a diverse range of industries such as hospitality, aged care, community services, recruitment, digital services and ICT.

My generalist experience within human resources over the past 10 years has equipped me with the required knowledge and skills to provide HR advice, coaching and people management solutions. I have post graduate qualifications in Human Resources and am working towards a Master of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. I have recently completed qualifications in Small Business Management and also possess qualifications in Leadership and Management, Training and Assessment, Occupational Health & Safety and have a thorough knowledge of WorkChoices and other employment related legislation.
